How To Launch Your Facebook Ads Campaign
If you already have a Facebook page for your business, you can skip to Step 2. If not, complete the steps below.
Login into Facebook. Then, open the Create a Page builder.
Enter your page name. Most people name it their business name or practice name or something like that. That’s what I recommend. Other people might name it something like “[City] Dental.”
Select the Category as “Dentist & Dental Office” or “Cosmetic Dentist” or whatever option you like best.
Enter your description. Here is an example: “Evan Busby Dental is located in Anytown USA. He specializes in cosmetic dentistry and helping people reach all of their dental needs.”
Upload your profile picture (this should be the headshot image you use professionally).
Add a cover photo. This can be a photo of your office, your team, or a general dentistry photo.
Click the blue “Create Page” button.
Go to the “About” Section and update your information. You’ll want to add your phone number, website (if applicable), business hours, etc.
Your page is set up! Let’s continue to the next step.
At this point, your Facebook Page and Ads Manager should be completely set up. Now you’re ready to build your Facebook ad campaign!
First login to your Facebook Ads account.
Here’s the basic steps, but the video will show you how to do this in much more detail.
Click the green “Create Ad” button
Select “Traffic” as the Campaign Objective
Name your campaign: Cosmetic Dentistry Campaign - Local Area
Click Continue
Select the Recommended Settings
Set your campaign budget
I recommend a budget of $300-500 for the first 30 days
Click Next
Setup Your Ad Set
Scroll down to “Advantage+ audience”
Select your Custom Audiences, Saved Audiences and Lookalike Audiences (we set these up back in Step 2 - How To Find Your Leads On Facebook).
Click Next
Setup Your Ads
Select your Facebook Page
Add your Ad Images
Add your Primary Text
Add your Headline
Add a link to your Cosmetic Dentistry Packet Lead Capture Website
Click Publish and you’re done!
